In Scoil Mhuire gan Smál, we recognise the uniqueness of each child. We aim to develop his/her potential in all areas.

We foster Catholic values and attitudes in our school. In a caring and nurturing atmosphere, we help children to develop self-esteem, self-confidence, respect for selves, respect for others in the community and for the environment.

In co-operation with parents, we follow a wide educational programme, which promotes academic, spiritual, physical, emotional, aesthetic, cultural and moral development.

We encourage the children to have a wholesome approach to life, so that on leaving school each child will be equipped to continue on a road of life-long learning and be a valuable member of society.
